The house is closed on three sides and receives natural light from the street front and from above. The ground floor includes a study with its own courtyard, a service bathroom, and a kitchen-living area facing a courtyard that brings light to the main spaces. A wall with 300 skylights illuminates the staircase and part of the laundry room. The upper floor contains two bedrooms and a large bathroom lit by ceiling skylights, while the top level features a green terrace visually connected to the courtyard and the living room.
